Tyson Fehrman, Co-owner and Co-operator, ByGeorge Farm

After years of working in the restaurant industry, Tyson participated in the Rogue Farm Corps program as an intern with Siskiyou Crest Goat Dairy. Since then, he gained a lot of farm experience including running a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program in Madison, WI, selling to restaurants and working on several farms throughout the Rogue Valley. Tyson and his partner co-own and operate ByGeorge Farm and make farmstead cheese from their own herd of Jersey Cows. He brings business and farming experience to the council and is interested to learn more about other aspects of the Rogue Valley Food System.
