The Honeysuckle Cafe

…began in Jacksonville, Oregon sixteen years ago. Food acquainted us (Colin & Monique) as co-workers and reunited us as partners. Colin, a classically trained Chef, studied at the California Culinary Institute in San Francisco and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Mexico studying his craft. Like most Chefs rite of passage, his most profound influences were found in the kitchens past and present. Colin brings his influences of French, Latin and Asian cuisines to his food with his own personal interpretation, love, and with a twist. Utilizing the bounty of our area Colin aims to serve plates with the utmost care and respect. For those who enjoy the outdoors you will probably run into Colin on a deep powder day at Mt Ashland or Ripping the local single track on his Mountain Bike!
