Rogue Flavor Showcase — September 5, 2026 — Bigham Knoll, Jacksonville, OR
This valley has a flavor. Come help tell its story.
Between the Cascades and the Siskiyous, the Rogue Valley has always made things worth tasting. Snowmelt-fed creeks, volcanic soils, long sun-drenched days — this landscape doesn't just grow food and drink. It gives them character. A sense of where they came from. A flavor you can't replicate anywhere else.
The inaugural Rogue Flavor Showcase is an invitation to gather the full ecosystem of people who make this valley delicious — and celebrate what we've built here together.
This event is built on the people who grow, raise, ferment, bake, brew, and create the foods and beverages that make this region extraordinary. We are looking for local farms, food artisans, food trucks, chefs and beverage makers who represent the very best of what the Rogue Valley has to offer.
We're bringing it all to life on the grounds of the historic Bigham Knoll campus in Jacksonville — one of Southern Oregon's most storied settings — on September 5th. The event is organized by the Rogue Valley Food System Network, rooted in a deep commitment to the people and producers who feed this region.
Rogue Valley Industry Hour
Before public doors open, connect face-to-face with product buyers, institutional buyers, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits shaping the regional food economy. We'll send you the full guest list in advance. (12:30-2:00pm)
Public Showcase
Curious locals and visitors come ready to taste, discover, and fall in love with what the Rogue Valley produces. This is your audience — engaged and curious. (2:00-7:00pm)
Chef Demonstrations
Local chefs will bring the valley's ingredients to life with simple, beautiful demonstrations — showing what's possible with exceptional seasonal ingredients.
Your Spot at the Table
A $30 vendor participation fee. That's it. We keep the barrier low on purpose — because this event is about sharing what you make, not about who can afford the biggest booth.
We encourage every vendor to offer tastings — a sip of your estate wine, a sliver of aged cheese, a bite of something harvested that week, a forkful of kraut. Let people taste the terroir. That's the whole point.
Before you apply, please read through this page carefully. We are asking vendors to do more than show up with product — we want you to participate fully in what makes this event special, including tastings and, if applicable, the Industry Morning. We want you to know exactly what we are asking before you fill out the application.
What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from farms, food businesses, and beverage producers rooted in the Rogue Valley, including:
- Farms and ranches offering fresh, specialty, or value-added agricultural products
- Artisan food makers — bakers, cheesemakers, jam and preserve makers, charcuterie producers, chocolatiers, and more
- Beverage crafters — wineries, cideries, breweries, distilleries, kombucha brewers, and non-alcoholic craft beverage makers
- Food trucks serving dishes that highlight regional ingredients
- Prepared and shelf-stable food businesses using Rogue Valley-grown ingredients
What We Are Asking of Vendors
The Rogue Flavor Showcase is not a standard market or trade show. We are asking vendors to lean into tastings — offering small, curated samples that let attendees truly experience what you make. This is a showcase, not a sales floor, and the emphasis on tasting is what sets this event apart.
We also hope vendors will participate in the Industry Hour, either as presenters, participants, or simply as connectors. This is where the real magic happens: farmers meeting chefs, chefs meeting buyers, and all of you meeting each other. More details on that engagement will be shared with confirmed vendors.
